MULTIPLE PURCHASES
We will combine shipping on multiple purchases if they are packaged together and are purchased during the same day. Please help us by letting us know you have made multiple purchases.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
We try to ship all items within 72 hours from receipt of payment, but sometimes due to holidays, weekends, post office closings, and a busy schedule of our own that is not always possible.
INSURANCE
Is mandatory with certain items, i.e. glassware, breakables. This is for your protection as well as ours. Check the item description to see if insurance is added to the shipping cost. Return Policy: All items Are Sold As Is! Exchange is given only if item is found defective on arrival (DOA). If the description says it works, it should work for you. We will replace it or refund the money. If the description says it doesn't work don't try to get a refund saying it didn't work. (Yes, some have tried) If your item is found to be defective it must be reported within 3 days of the delivery date to the shipping address and returned to us within 7 days.
