Antique Apothecary Lab Bottle w Ground Glass Stopper Pontil Ca(OH)2 /Calcium Hydrate 1.5 Gallon 

Where to start with this listing...After hours of research I could not find a comp and went to the eBay community for some help.    This could be a College Chemistry Lab or Industry Lab Bottle...Only one response.

In very good condition...the only issue is a small chip in the massive stopper pictured in the last photograph.

Here are the specifics on this bottle;

Bottle measures 15.5" tall overall and holds 1.5 gallons.  The label is under glass, the number "81" is painted on and the number "56" is acid etched.

The base of the bottle measures 6.75" in diameter and has a smooth turned pontil. 

The stopper measures 4" in length x 3" in diameter and weighs 13 oz.  It has the number "45" painted on the front and the number "77" acid etched on the top.

The bottle weighs 6lb. 10oz. un-packed.  This item will ship double boxed.
