Payment Policy:

We expect a payment within 3 days of order completion. Failure to do so may result being order cancellation. We accept PayPal, Money order, Bank Direct Deposit, or Wire Transfer. If you pay with PayPal please note that we will ship only to PayPal confirmed address (no Exceptions). Pay pal Payment should be made to: [email protected]. Shipping Policy:

Item will be shipped from Shenzhen, China by Express Mail Service (EMS)  Global or HK Postal Parcel depends on your shipping country.  EMS Global delivers 5-10  days in most  of time with tracking number.  (4-6 days to US).

 

The shipping charges are included in the shipping section.  Contact us if you do not see your country is listed there.  Expedite Shipping by DHL, UPS, FedEx is also available. Contact us for details.   Because different country has different tariff rules, please  contact your local custom for details. Any customs charges or fee is fully buyer's responsibility.

 

Please note that S/H charges can not be combined for  multiple items unless we authorize it  upon our agreement.

 

Shipping insurance is not required but highly recommended. We will not be responsible for carrier errors, losses and/or damages. 

 

Please make sure your shipping Address is Correct. We will ONLY follow your address listed in the PayPal payment for the shipment. We have no responsibility for incorrect shipping address provided. Contact us if you have special shipping instruction.  We will review and approve in a case by case base.  

 

Please contact us if the item is not arrived 15 days after shipping. Buyers need to pay S&H again for reshipping the item (except  it is a mistake by us).  Shipping and handling chargesare NON-Refundable at any case.

     

We reserve the rights not to ship to the unconfirmed address for multiple bids using PayPal. Payment will be refunded  for unacceptable multiple orders.

■  Your item/s will be shipped via Express Mail Service (EMS) by our OEM supplier Overseas.

■  You can expect delivery time to stretch during  Christmas season an Chinese New Year.

■  All customs charges and fees in your country are all your (the customer) responsibility.

■  Please keep in mind that we can only guaranty the speed of your item(s) delivery to the post office but we have no control once   the post master accept the package. During busy seasons delivery times of local post office can stretch a little but not always.

 

Return Policy:

You can return your item within 7 days of receipt.  All defective items must be reported within 7 days of receiving. All items returned as defective will be tested and if found defective, a replacement will be shipped immediately. Brand new,   unused items is qualified for refund, excluding shipping and handling costs and a 15% restocking fee in a case by case base. 

All shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.  A RMA （RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION） number must be obtained from us before returning your item.  Send your request of RMA number to [email protected].  Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of the issuance of the RMA Number.  All returned merchandise must have the original packaging, and all components.  Product that is returned incomplete, missing or damaged will not be accepted unless notified and approved in advance.
