This cookbook was written in 1974 by Theonie Mark, well-known for her nationwide PBS television show. She sets down 200 superb traditional recipes adapted for American cooks and kitchens. This book is in good condition with no markings, tears, or creases. The dust jacket edges show quite a few tears which can be examined in the photos. The inside front cover shows some yellowing.
