Essential of Pathology by Lawrence W. Smith and Edwin S. Gault. This textbook was published in 1938. The hardcovers are just a little loose but not too bad for a book 70+ years old. There is an inscription on inside back cover but the inside pages seen to be free of any markings. The hardcover shows wear on the edges and corners (see photos).
