2. EMS Express Shipping (Recommended): Safe & Secure shipping service which comes with a full tracking information and delivery confirmation. Shipping takes approximately 5-8 Business Days (or more) to arrive.
In addition to the Shipping Time there is a Processing Time of 1-3 Business Days (or more).
The seller is not responsible for any customs charges, taxes, tariffs, and duties.

Shipping cost for the first item will be charged in full 100% and for any addtional items purchased, shipping cost will be REDUCED BY 50%.

All of our shoes are hand-crafted and it takes 7 to 10 production time.
It is possible for us to have some of the popular items in stock and if we do,
it will be shipped within 2~ 3 business days.
As our shoes are hand-crafted, there can be no refunds. Exchanges are allowed once, to a same model.
We do not acccept exchanges under these terms: - Customized width, heel, design - Sizes below 255 and above 270 - If the shoes are worn, or damaged
