Shipping: We ship to US addresses and international addresses only from any of our available carriers. 

    Domestic Shipping:
Domestic shipping (usually 1 working day, please add working day for processing and verification time)
*A fixed cost of $10 will be added to the purchase price for the shipping fees
*For high value purchase we may delay processing and request ID verification through email.
*For packages that are unclaimed or returned due to incomplete address, the actual shipping charge will be deducted from the refund 

    International / U.S Shipping:
International / U.S Shipping (usually 1-2 working days for delivery, please add another working day for order verification and processing time) with insurance tracking confirmation and shipping box. If you have a special request, please add a note when placing the order so we know to do so.
We will not be responsible for any custom fees that each individual country charges. For high value charges we may delay processing and request ID verification through email.
*For packages that are unclaimed or returned due to incomplete address, the actual shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
*If your order has not arrived within the time period, there maybe a delay due to your country's custom clearing process. Feel free to email us to locate your package at any time
*An additional $5 handling fee will be added to the purchase price


Tax: We do not charge sales tax on orders shipped out of state. If applicable, sales tax will be added to your order during Checkout.


Return Policy: We accept returns within 14 days of the date of delivery in their original condition including the original box for a full refund of the merchandise value. Please contact us if you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason. 

    Condition:
Customers must apply for refund by emailing us at [email protected] with the subject indicating you are returning a merchandise. The email must specify your name, your contact information, your order number, the payment type, the return item, and the reason for the return. Merchandise must be in their original condition and packaging. No refunds will be allowed if these conditions are not met. Please contact us for any further questions or concerns 

    Items received as damaged or the wrong one:
You may either return the product for a full refund or exchange the product for a non-defective product, a correct one, or a different one
