I ship promptly upon confirmation of
payment from PayPal, excluding weekends and holidays. I package all of my products very carefully, shipping prices reflect the costs of packaging,
postage, and in some cases insurance. I ship to eBay confirmed addresses only. I ship to the address listed in your eBay account, so please be sure
that it is updated. Please do ask any questions before purchasing as due to the nature of the items that I sell, unless specifically stated as
returnable, I am unable to accept any returns or exchanges on any cosmetic items.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TERMS:
Please allow sufficient time for arrival of your parcel as delivery times vary per country due to transit times and/or Customs inspections. Most
international packages are delivered between 10 to 30 working days after shipment. Once mailed, I have no control over delivery times. I
obtain a Customs shipping number for every package that I ship and it is stamped by the US Postal Service upon mailing. If your postal service
loses your package, it is their responsibility. I INSURE at my cost all packages that I ship internationally. I must wait at least 30 days from
date of shipment to open an insurance claim. You must sign an affidavit that I will email to you and return it back to me. If you have any
questions regarding shipping please email me. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges
are the buyer's responsibility. NO refunds are given for items that are refused, seized, or rejected by custom officials. You are responsible for
knowing your country's regulations on imported items.
Various factors may alter
the actual colors, textures or details you may see on your screen due to the display and color capabilities of your
computer monitor. You are responsible if your monitor’s display of any color, texture or detail of actual merchandise is not accurate. However, if for any reason you are not
happy with a purchase you made from me, please contact me before leaving any feedback.
