Shipping Policy
Will usually ship within 3 business days of receiving cleared payment. Items will be shipped by Canada Post. Item ships from canada. I am sorry for the shipping cost to the USA. Canada Post is not as cheap as usps. I am sorry for this. I ship as quickly and cheaply as i can. Please remember i also need to pay for packaging supplies. My shipping prices are very fair.
Returns Policy
Items are pre-owned and are thoroughly checked over for any spot, stain, missing buttons or damage of any kind I am human and i can miss things. If there is a problem with a item I try my best to list it in the auction. If I have missed something PLEASE email me and i will quickly figure out something to solve it even if it is a returned product. Items must be sent back within 5 days of receiving the item and arrive in the same condition they were sent out in. I live in a smoke free home but i do have pets here. I have recently started to list any fur issues right in the description of an item. how ever as they are on there way into packaging I will roll over them quickly with tape to take the most of it off. but no matter what i do parts of my fuzzy friends could end up traveling with your items. All sizes are posted with measurements and returns wont be accepted for items that dont fit.
