Shipping Policy
Items Will usually ship within 2-3 business days of receiving cleared payment. Items will be shipped by Canada Post. Item ships from Canada. I ship all packages Expedited Delivery which normally takes 4-8 days. Please understand there are sometime delays in postage due to the post office, I can't be held responsible. Please remember I also need to pay for packaging supplies. My shipping prices are very fair. If you wish to combine shipping I will offer you a rate based on the weight/size/shipping method of the items being shipped.
Returns Policy
Items are pre-owned and are thoroughly checked over for any spot, stain, missing buttons or damage of any kind. I am human and I can miss things. If there is a problem with a item I will try my best to list it in the auction. If I have missed something PLEASE email me and I will quickly figure out something to solve it even if it is a returned product. Items must be sent back within 5 days of receiving the item and arrive in the same condition they were sent out in. I live in a smoke free home but I do have pets here. I have recently started to list any fur issues right in the description of an item. However as they are on there way into packaging I will roll over them quickly with tape to take the most of it off. But, no matter what I do parts of my fuzzy friends could end up traveling with your items. All sizes are posted with measurements and returns wont be accepted for items that dont fit.
