Prices:  All prices are subject to change without notice.

Shipping:  I ship Worldwide. All orders are usually shipped via USPS Priority Mail for both Domestic and International.  All orders usually ship within 2 business days unless unforseen events occur, international orders may take longer to ship. The shipping charges will appear on the invoice you receive with your order.

Returns:  I will not accept returns on used parts. Returns will not be accepted if a part does not fit your vehicle, it is your responsibility to ensure that the part being purchased will fit your application, the list provided by me of vehicles a steering wheel will fit is there for help only and does not constitute a garanty.

Claims:  When packages appear damaged on arrival, state condition of the container over your signature on the receipt.  If damage is discovered after opening the container, notify the carrier immediately.  I provide good merchandise, properly packaged to the carrier.  Claims for damage must be directed to the carrier, not to A1 Steerings.

Used Parts:  All used parts, including airbags, are sold “AS IS” and come with no warranty unless otherwise stated.  Used parts are not returnable.

Limitation of Liability and Indemnity:  Customer assumes all liability and risk arising from the ordering, purchase, use or installation of new and used parts that are purchased from A1 Steerings. A1 Steerings shall not be liable for any damages to any person or property arising out of or in connection with the use or installation of any parts that it sells including, but not limited to, steering wheels, steering hubs or airbag units. Customer agrees to indemnify A1 Steerings from any and all claims (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with the use or installation of the product(s) it purchased from A1 Steerings. A1 Steerings is not responsible for any damages or claims arising out of a delay in the processing or shipment of any order. By purchasing products from A1 Steerings, Customer is acknowledging that it agrees to accept this Limitation of Liability and these Terms and Conditions.

Product Installation: It is the sole responsibility of the Customer to ensure that the use of their vehicle and items purchased comply with federal, state, and local regulations. Be advised that it is a violation of federal law for any manufacturer, distributor, dealer or motor vehicle repair facility to remove an airbag or otherwise render it inoperative, therefore A1 Steerings expressly disclaims any liability for any and all damage, injury, or other recovery related to any non-airbag steering wheel installed in a vehicle previously having an airbag restraint system. Parts should be installed by a qualified licensed technician.  “Do it Yourself” installations are not recommended unless the Customer is qualified. There is no warranty, expressed or implied for any parts (including new parts).

Applicability:  These Terms and Conditions are applicable to all order placed by the customer, whether online on A1 Steerings’ web site or outside, including all future orders.
