All returned items MUST obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number issued by us before returning. RMA number must be clearly written down on the box/package. Unauthorized packages returned will be refused. All returns must be in their original sealed packaging. Opened items will not be accepted. All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
