We aim to deliver goods to you within the time scale indicated but we cannot give an exact delivery time or date. We also may deliver the goods in several consignments, but we will charge extra delivery for this.
You will be informed by e-mail when your goods have been dispatched from our warehouse.
Should you have any problems

* If you do not receive your goods within 7 days.
* You have items missing or your goods are damaged from delivery.
Please contact us immediately via the ebay contact page. If you do not contact us within seven working days from date of receipt, we may assume your goods have been delivered in perfect condition.
If we have not dispatched the goods within 30 days of expected delivery then you may cancel the contract. We will refund any monies paid by you.
If our couriers attempt to delivery your goods and no recipient was available to take delivery, they will take your goods back to the local depot and hold your package for upto 3 working days, if the package has not been successfully delivered within the time given the order will be returned back to us and classed as a failed delivery. If you order has been classed as a failed delivery, we can either re-send your order (at your cost) or a refund will be issued for the order less any delivery costs incurred by us.
We use established Couriers such as Citylink, Interlink Express and Royal Mail Parcel Force.

Items will be used but will have been professionally refurbished to the Manufacturers standard. They will be warranted for typically between 3-6 Months.
Used
Items will be used, but will have been thoroughly cleaned and tested . They may have minor cosmetic scuffs or marks but will be in full working order, Used Items typically carry a 30 days Return to us .
GUARANTEE
New items will have the Original Manufacturers full warranty. They will be warranted for typically between 3-6 Months for refurblished item and Used Items typically carry a 30 days Return to us
