This proof coin is extraordinarily brilliant and features sharp relief and a mirror-like background to highlight the images on both sides of the coin. The obverse of this coin features an image of Lincoln. The immortal words Lincoln spoke at Gettysburg — the last 43 of his most famous speech — are inscribed on the reverse of the coin.
