PAYMENTS

Payment is preferred by PayPal – We will ship items within 24 hours, Monday - Friday as soon as payment is cleared.

If you buy more than one item from separate listings, then use the REQUEST TOTAL FROM SELLER link as you go through payment options. On some items we may be able to combine postage, but this will not apply to Free Postage items. We do refund overpayment where possible.

UK buyers: If you have not received an item within Five Working Days( Monday - Friday) of our confirmation email then please contact us by email ( [email protected] ) we would ask you first to contact royal mail,to see if they are holding any items for you.

Royal Mail / Courier leaves a card Then contact them ASAP – delays can mean items being returned to us and we have no choice but to recharge shipping! Recorded Delivery items, for example, are returned within a week.

Shipping Times: We will ship all items usually within 24 hours of payment (Monday to Friday)  BUT we are not responsible for postal delays in the UK or abroad. Please be patient in times of industrial action, bad weather etc.

Undelivered Items: Where items are returned to us by Royal Mail or Courier because they have attempted to deliver and an item has then not been collected from the buyer's local sorting office/courier depot, we will recharge post and packing to redeliver.

Items Damaged in the Post: In the event of an item arriving damaged in the post then,please contact us. In most cases we will refund on return or send replacement. 

Items Lost in the Post: We will take care of the claim where an item is lost in the post BUT be aware that we can track our items and false claims will be reported to Royal Mail or the Courier who will take legal action against false claimants. Claiming for loss or damage that is not true is considered as fraud and will be dealt with as such.
