It is high-taper-ground to perform smooth, accurate slicing, and mirror polished for best stain resistance. Dual grooved thumb studs allow fast either-hand opening. Two stainless steel liners, one locking, and a full-length stainless steel back spacer at the spine, which is completely smooth for ease of cleaning. Scales are hand-shaped black Micarta.
