Returns
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. That's why we go to great lengths to provide accurate, full-detail descriptions in every item. However, we realize there are times when you may not be 100% satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason.
How do I return an item? Simply email us within 7 days of receiving the item and tell us you would like to return the item. We will promptly issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number. Upon receipt of your item back, we will issue you a FULL refund LESS shipping cost and a 15% re-stocking fee.

Books, CDs, Headphones, microphones, software can't be returned. Oversized items (digital pianos, etc.) can be returned but buyers will be responsible for possible shipping damage when returned.
Product must be in resalable condition, No Original intact UPC barcode cut and Do not mail or dispose of the packing slip (for rebates) until you have examined and tested the product to your satisfaction.Customer is responsible for return shipping.
The return must be complete and include all accessories, missing part might be rejected by our Returns Warehouse and returned back to you at your cost or an additional restocking fee.
