This was done by J.Hershe 1986 You all know his autograph is hard to come by.

Shows some age to the paper,signed in blue sharpie, Slight discoloration to the paper due to age,the corners are sharp, and has a stain on the bottom about the size of a coffee cup,maybe can be bleached out.
