Vintage Cut GlassGold Pedestal Crystal Prisms Standing Bowl

Measures-10" height-8" Diameter-3" Depth

Bright sparkling clean cut glass,is very heavy and thick. Eight sided with floral display in the glass.Interesting top with this display,smooth rounded edges.Heavy brass color pedestal base(maybe solid brass or plated)I am not real sure. 8 sets of heavy cut glass chandelier type crystal prisms hanging by wire,smaller prism on top are of an octagon shape,larger bottom prism are teardrops.Crystal prisms measure alittle over 2" in length.Very clear.

Unknown age or manufacturer,but one thing for sure its very old,maybe from West Germany.

Obtained at an Estate Sale in Manchester VT. and it is in excellent condition for its age,there are no chips,breaks,or cracks.Aging marks on the brass pedestal base which gives it a wonderful shabby chic look.

As with all vintage and antique items I leave the cleaning up to the buyer,it needs a good clean up to make it sparkle like new,this is a gorgeous item.The bowl has a ring to it when you click it with your fingers.

This is a beautiful vintage cut glass bowl  for year around use and it will compliment your holiday decor. It is very elegant I must say,fill it with greens and a large red candle and you got a wonderful centerpiece for your holiday table or buffet server. Its very impressive and displays well.
