This is a DieHard Portable Power 1150 Jump-Starter/AC-DC Power Source. It has been taken out of the box to check for use and defects. It is a lightly used item that needs a battery replacement. It discharges quickly or won't take a charge at all.

• This item is part of a large lot of merchandise from a major retailer. Unless stated in the Condition section above that the item is NEW, BRAND NEW or LOOKS TO BE NEW - It is unknown why the item was returned, if it was ever used or if it was a display model.

Testing of this item:

1. Shady Tree Photography tests for basic functions on all of our items that have been opened or we will note that the item has never been opened.
2. Shady Tree Photography describes (to the best of our ability) any flaws or imperfections and we will list in detail only the items that are included in the auction. It is up to the winning bidder of this auction to acquire any accessories not included in the auction at his/her own expense.

Warranty:

1. All items are sold "AS IS" and do not come with any type of warranty either expressed or implied from us (Shady Tree Photography), any retailer, or the manufacturer.

By placing a bid or clicking “BUY IT NOW” you are accepting the following terms:

1. All items are sold “AS IS”. This is an auction sale and all sales are considered FINAL.
2. The item condition and/or included accessories will be described in detail to the best of Shady Tree Photography's ability. In the event you are not satisfied with your item, you should contact us within 72 hours of receipt of item.
3. We strive to accurately describe and photograph each item and/or accessories so that you may see the condition of the item and the parts included in the auction.
4. Payment must be made within 3 business days.  If payment is not made within that time frame, we will open a “resolve a problem” with eBay. We also reserve the right to re-list the item or send a “second chance” offer to the next highest bidder.
5. We do not accept returns as a Shady Tree Photography policy. However, in the event that we incorrectly describe the item condition and/or accessories we may make an exception, and depending on the circumstances, a partial or full refund may be issued. This is if and ONLY if there is a mistake made by us, the seller.
6. If you, as the winning bidder, want to back out of the auction, you will be responsible for the re-listing fees that we incur as a result.
7. If you are unsure at all of what you are bidding on, please ask any questions before placing a bid.

4. Once the item has left our shipping dock, we cannot guarantee the time frame that your home country's postal service provides.
