PAYMENT:  Your payment is due within 5 days of auction end unless you have contacted us directly for an exception.  Your item will be relisted or offered to the next highest bidder and a non-paying bidder notice will be filed with ebay when that notice is available on the 7th day after auction close.  By not paying or contacting us in 5 days after the auction closes, you forfeit the right to the item. 

We will combine shipping when items are paid in one payment!  If you are purchasing other items, just let us know.

SHIPPING:  We ship most items USPS as often as possible.  We strive to ship same day or next day even on Saturdays, but do not ship on every Saturday and Holidays...we need some time away every once in a while!  Heavier items will ship FedEx Ground.  We will ship the item with the best service for the item.  Items shipped in the USA include delivery confirmation.  We offer insurance on most items.  If you are concerned about an item getting to you safely, please elect some insurance.   On high priced or very fragile items, we require insurance.  Email if you want insurance and it is not showing available on the checkout.  We will be happy to add it.

Customer service is our priority.  Your item will be safely packed and shipped as soon as possible.  Some large items require special packaging or packing and may take longer to prepare for shipment.  We try and find the lowest possible way to ship your item.  If we can save you money by combined shipping, we will be happy to.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:  We use priority mail for international shipping.  If we can use flat rate for less of a cost, I will offer that.  Please inquire if flat rates are not listed and you think an item may work in a flat rate box or envelope.
