Antique Stoneware Jelly Crock Lid

in Blue & White

with a Vineyard Grape Vine pattern around it

showing Bunches of Grapes and Grape Leaves

On top it measures:

 8 1/4 inches in diameter across

With an inside lip that measures:

 7 inches wide in diameter and is 5/8 of an inch deep

designed to fit just inside the top of crock

Has a nice substantial weight to it of:

2 Pounds - on the button!

Shows a few minor scuffs on that smaller inside rim, and then some minor nicks to the clay and paint around the outer edge of the stoneware lid, but hardly signifcant enough to diminish the overall beauty and functional quality of this hard-to-find piece! Do look carefully at the photographs for more specific details. Pleae feel free to ask us any questions you may have, and please do bid away!!

We know this lid must have a nice early stoneware crock pot somewhere that it would make a very, very  nice cover for!
