Vintage Mexico .725 Silver 

JCL Designer Clip on Earrings 

that are 1 5/8" long x 1 1/4" wide and weigh 20.9 grams

They are stamped on the back of one of the pair 

"JCL" and "725 MEXICO." 

There is more lettering on the circular stamp, but it is not clear.
