    CONDITION - This big fella is overall good condition........Pages good, with some spots and light browning from age…….Cover has wear, a couple of small torn areas on spine, and about about the top three inches of cloth on the spine is almost torn loose….…....Still a purty good copy of this rare book…....I think you will be pleased with it...
