MADAME BOVARY, by Gustave Flaubert….. With some very nice full-page illustrations…..Published by the International Collectors Library in what I believe was the 1950's or 60's......

    DESCRIPTION - This here book has a leather-like cover, with gold lettering on spine and cover, and beautifully decorative......Tops of pages tipped with gold – And – a satin ribbon page marker….Mercy....!!!!.....On the shelf, the book looks like a fancy leather book, but it ain't - but lots of folks will think it is - so don't tell 'em it ain't - an' they won't never know the differnce.....Book measures 8 1/2 inches high, and 6 inches across front..........

    CONDITION - The little lady is in good condition......Pages are good, with some the edges tanned, and former owner's bookplate neatly on the first endpaper......The cover is solid, with wear and bumpin'......A solid used book............Looks real purty a-settin' on the shelf - great for display........I think you will be mighty pleased with it......This is a display edition, and if read, must be opened and handled properly............
