PERE GORIOT, by Balzac...This here book was published by the Franklin Library in 1982......This is a Special Edition that was prepared for the Oxford Library of the World's Great Books......With some real nice illustrations by Albert Lynch……

    DESCRIPTION - This here book is bound with a leather spine, with raised bands, gold letterin' on the spine, marbled boards, marbled endpapers, and gold tipped pages - - And – a satin ribbon page marker…...The book has 376 pages.....It measures 8 1/2 inches high, 6 inches across the front, and takes up 1 1/4 inches of shelf space......

    CONDITION - The little critter is in  good condition....Pages good……Cover is solid, with bumpin' at the top of the spine, and bumped cover corners……A solid used book……Looks real purty a-settin' on the shelf – great for display and readin'…….I think you will be pleased with it…...
