3-Day No Questions Asked Return Policy

SD Motor can give you the vote of confidence by offering you a 3-Days No Questions Asked Return Policy. If for any reasons you wish to return a product(s) bought from us, you are totally free to do so, please notice below for details.

1. Please notify us within 3-Days of receiving the merchandise.
2. 100% of the purchase price (exclude shipping fee if any) will be refunded within 48 business hours when we receive the goods back in the same condition it was sent to you.
3. Item(s) are returned in brand new and resalable condition with original packaging intact.
4. Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping cost.
5. All installed items are not qualified for any exchange or refund unless they are manufacture defective (please refer to "Warranty" for details).

1.  For LED products, Racing Dash provides replacement warranty time for a period of 12 months.
2. In order to maintain our service quality and protect your claim of warranty, buyers please register for warranty within the mentioned time period, otherwise, 12-months warranty may not be provided. Your co-operation is highly appreciated.
3. Warranty does not apply to improper installation, water / fire damage, modification, or any acts of nature.
4. If defective item(s) are claimed WITHIN 3 months from the warranty registration date, we will arrange replacement and pay for reship cost.
5. For defective item(s) which are claimed AFTER 3 months from the warranty registration date, we will replace the item(s) but buyer(s) have to pay for resend shipping cost.

Dear all customers,
Our warranty website is under construction at the moment, please skip the registration step. We have already helped our customers to input all the buying details before shipment during this period. As long as you keep the registration card for your own record is fine.
You still have 1-year warranty for the LED lights.

The process for a warranty claim is as follows:

1. Buyers are responsible to provide clear information for defective goods within the warranty period. No claims will be  allowed if warranty is expired.
2. For all defective items, please submit a digital photo or proof of professional installation along with your application.
   This will help us to process the case faster & avoid any misunderstandings.
   Replacement item(s) will be arranged within 7 working days after receiving your application and our confirmation.
3. To save time, do not send back the defective goods unless our notification.
4. Buyers should responsible for return shipping no matter what reason if item return to us.

We ship worldwide.

1. Most orders will be shipped out within 1-3 business days after receiving the payment.
2. Item shipped from Taiwan by international air mail which signature is required, reach most of the countries approximately  7 to 18 days. Some shipments may take longer subject to your local customs authorities.
3. For some countries as Italy or South America, the shipping time may take about 4 to 8 weeks on account of strict  customs inspection.
4. Tracking no. will be provided when item dispatched.
5. Please ensure that the address you provide is accurate. The Item will be sent to the buyer's address registered in  PayPal ONLY. If the address is not correct, please make amendment before you pay. We are not responsible for unde- liverable or wrong shipped address.
6. Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. or A.P.O. Box addresses.
7. If you need to ship the item(s) by express delivery (Fedex or EMS), please contact us for shipping cost inquiries.
8. Combined shipping discount may be offered. Please feel free to contact us for details. One full payment must be made  for combined items.
9. If the item was refused by the buyer for any reasons, buyer is responsible for paying the shipping and handling fees  again to resend the item.
