A: You have included just payment without any other information; item number, email address, description, name of bidder..... You must follow payment instruction with your payment for faster service without delays.
3: Q: I am not sure this item will fit my car.
A: Please click my other auctions, you will see lots applications for similar models. If you still can't decide. Please email us with your questions. Please try not to call us, use email allows us to have more time to answer you completely.
4. Q: Is this brand new?
A: Yes, all our items are brand new, never been used. We do sell some samples sometimes, please see ad descriptions.
5. Q: Can I have different color couplers, filter than the one posted?
A: Sorry, I can't change colors.
6. Q: Why filters are different colors.
A: The filters are blue and red colors. We ship whatever is available. But 90% we ship same color as you've seen on ebay.
7. Q: Does it come with instructions?
A: Yes, ads that state instructions included.
8. Q: Can I just buy tube only? I already have filter.
A: Sorry, we sell as per set only.
9. Q: I tried the tracking number, but no information at ups site?
A: Ups dates most tracking information, there are cases that website is not been updated. Try again next day, or call 1800-pick ups.
10. Q: How long does it take to ship to me?
A: Usually from 2 to 7 days by UPS ground service depending where you live.
11. Q: How do I clean filter? Can I use name brand re-charger kit?
A: Yes, you can use any re-charger kit or any brand of filter cleaner sold at your local auto parts shop.
For foam filters, just use soap and water, let dry. DO NOT blow it dry.
12. Q: Can I pick up item from you?
A: No, sorry. We don't accept will calls.
13. Q: Can I replace it with a different brand filter?
A: Yes, you can replace it with any brand of filter, as long as the opening diameter is the same.
14: Q: Will it void my new car warranty?
A: No! It will not void your factory warranty. Federal Law "The Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act (15 U.S.C. 2302(C))" You have the right to install non-factory parts in your vehicle. Most dealers will discourage you from installing high performance parts on your vehicle because they want to sell their over priced low performance factory parts. These intakes are easy to install or take off. If your dealer or smog certifier has a problem with your high performance intake, just put your original factory intake back on for service. Always keep your factory intake just in case your want sell or trade in your vehicle.
15: Q: Is this smog legal?
A: We do not know every states smog regulations. Here in California, the regulations are so strict, some vehicles with factory intakes do not pass smog! A lot of other intake companies claim to pass smog in all 50 states. We will not make claims or promises we cannot keep like other companies.
16: Q: How much will this intake improve my gas mileage?
A: A lot of companies will claim their intakes will increase your gas mileage by some inflated number but they really don't know. By increasing the amount of air into your engine, your engine will be able to burn gas more efficiently and in turn crank out more horsepower and torque and therefore decreasing gas usage.
But we can not give an exact number because we don't know several factors; engine, tires, octane of gas consumed, exhaust system, engine tuning, on board computer settings and other variables. Your miles per gallon will increase with our intake, but we will not give general inflated promises. Results vary from + 0.5 to 3 mpg
