Refunds are only provided if the item shipped is damaged during shipping or I would happen to ship an incorrect product (mistakes do happen). If you do not want an item you receive, I will accept returns as long as it is in the same condition as when you received it. I will not refund the return shipping or the amount it cost for me to ship the item to you, which includes items with "free shipping".
