This is a beautiful ladies
vintage black hat. Looks like
40's or 50's stylish hat.
It measures 8" all around.
Looks like a two tone in
color but its the material.
Top of hat almost feels like
a straw but it is not. Not sure
what this material was made.
On the sides there is a velvet
black all around measures
almost 1 1/2". The size tag
inside the hat reads medium.
There are no pet or smoke odors.
Hat is in GOOD CONDITION!
