Here's your chance to own a Woodstock Music & Art Fair festival poster. It was authorized and printed by Arnold Skolnic - the original artist / designer. This poster was made approx. 1979 for sale via vendors at the 10th anniversary event of "Woosdtock Two". It was made from the remaining lot of original first printings. It is a stunning 17 in. x 26 in., seven color, poster - featuring the original artwork. Skolnik's Woodstock emblem has become an icon for an entire Generation and is regarded as one of the most popular concert posters of all time. Skolnick says that the dove on the guitar was actually designed to resemble a catbird (and it was originally perched on a flute).

This is not one of the Woodstock Entertainment Giclee Poster Prints or the 40th anniversary re-print.

It is on medium stock with a gloss finish - there is no white border around the perimeter - no markings on the back - it is not the original 1969 poster.

This the authentic poster is from 30 years ago, sold at the 10th anniversary event.

It is absolutely mint - no creases - tears - stains or hanging marks. . It has been stored flat for all of these years and will be shipped rolled in a heavy tube to preserve all of it's minty goodness!!
