Elgin National/Woodruff & Edwards Coffee Mill Circa 1900
Description. These vintage large-wheel country store coffee grinders are difficult to find. Beautiful double-wheel mill is made of cast iron and was manufactured by Woodruff & Edwards Co. in Elgin, IL, between the late 1890s and 1917, when a fire ended production. It has 25" diameter wheels and stands approximately 39" tall. Receiver bin included.
Condition. Item appears to be original and in good vintage condition—most likely working order, as its wheels turn freely. Aesthetically, one of the wheels has a small, v-shaped chink in it. Please note that this item is being sold untested, in "as-is" condition.
