We are not responsible if Carrier Driver was unable to locate your physical address or was unable to find you at that address. You need to contact the shipping Carrier. If the item is returned back to us as "unable to deliver", then you need to pay shipping fees again to ship it back to you.
New Item Defective Returns will be accepted Defective returns will be accepted for exchange within 10 days from the shipment date. Buyer is responsible for shipping back the defective item.
If we couldn't replace your default item, then we will totally refund you back, not including your shipment fees you paid to send back the item to us.
