This unit was removed from a clean working environment.  It has been tested guaranteed to work. It has been used, so there are a few minor cosmetic flaws.  The previous installer left a memo on the inside door panel, the door on the alpha console is there but has been broken, a splash of paint on the detector and I don't have the key to the cabinet door.  The tumbler is inexpensive and can easily be changed.  None of the above affect any of the working parts.
