Hats ship by Priority Mail USPS in a box to ensure they are not crushed in transport. There is a minimal packaging fee included. We package everything safely and securely. We ship items normally within 48 hours of receiving you payment. (Payment received on Fri-Sat-Sun and holidays are treated as if they arrived on the following Monday).
