Has CHAIN for safe keeping of your wallet! Hook to your belt! Please excuse the not-so good photography! U.S.A is in WHITE, didn't use flash as the chain reflected it but the color isn't coming across right. The item is actual red, white and blue for embroidering and black wallet.
