Vintage Fred Mueller Saddle This listing is for a vintage custom-made Tipton Bronco Busting Fred Mueller saddle. It was made for Paul Anderson Hayes, an Oklahoma rancher, whose initials, PAH, are on the back of the saddle seat. The year he had this made is unknown but was probably the 1930's or 40's. The photo below shows him on his horse with the saddle though the saddle can't be clearly identified. The saddle seat is 14" with a 9" swell, the cantle is 14-/2", the fender 17-1/2 x 7. There are six straps with brass conchos and it has a 3x2 nickel plated brass saddle horn. The fleece is in very good condition while the stirrups are missing. This saddle has a nice brown patina and was a working saddle for many years with spots, stains & scuffs on the leather as a result. There is some drying & cracking of the leather on the under edges of the saddle.  Please contact for any questions.
