This little digger is new and has been modified so the base will hold over 300 lbs of wt.Turns 360 degrees. FLAT SEAT 6" WIDE X 14 LONG BASE IS PAINTED FLAT BLACK ON SHIPPED MODELS.
The Base is built of 1.5 square steel tubing and schedual 40 pipe. Pinch free design,large washers have been added to the pivot points to keep little fingers from being pinched. The handle has been reinforced and larger nuts and bolts have been added. The base to this digger has a life time warranty.
