Shipping:
How is biglmart's shipping different from other companies?
biglmart is a Multi Vendor / Multi Warehouse Drop Shipping company based out of
Wallkill, NY. We have partnered with several shoe warehouses throughout
the US and the UK to serve the largest variety of shoes. We ship all
over the world.
How is the shipping cost determined?
Depending
on the warehouse you are ordering from, items may be shipped via
flatrate shipping cost, weight based shipping cost or table rate or a
combination of these methods, if you are ordering items from multiple
warehouses.
How are the weight based shipping rates determined?
The
rates are provided to us in real-time through the UPS, USPS and FEDEX
servers and depend on the delivery zipcode and weight of the item(s) w/o
packaging.
Is it possible to get a tracking number?
Yes,
currently we provide UPS, USPS or FEDEX tracking information as part of
an order status update email which is sent to you. We do not provide
tracking information for items shipped from the UK to the US via Royal
Mail. Further note, if items are shipped from the US to the UK using
First Class mail, we can not provide tracking information either.
What does order status "Processing" mean?
This
status indicates that a representative has verified and processed your
order and your order has been passed on to the corresponding pet
warehouse for shipping. Please click here to find out more about Order Statuses.
What about returns and refunds?
At
CellPal.us, we try our best to fill your orders correctly, however we
can make a mistake and send you an item you did not order. In this case
return it and we will credit your card for the full value of the item
PLUS outbound shipping AND return shipping. Wrongly shipped items MUST
be returned in their original product package with all documentation in
order for proper credit.
If you are disappointed (does not
include damage claim) with your purchase for any reason within 30 days
of purchase, we will take it back, but YOU will have to pay for return
shipping for proper credit. Original product packaging and documentation
required and product MUST be in resalable condition. PRODUCTS RETURNED
WITHOUT DOCUMENTATION OR IN NON RESALABLE CONDITION WILL NOT BE
CREDITED.
If the product is defective, please notify us within
36 hours and return it to us along with the original product packaging
and documentation for full credit, including return shipping.
Damage in shipping that is beyond our control cannot be refunded UNLESS
you requested insurance on the shipment. Damage in shipping MUST be
reported within 36 hours of receipt of order, so we can begin the claims
process. KEEP ALL PACKAGING AND PAPERWORK FOR PROCESSING UPS CLAIMS.
UPS includes up to $100 insurance on all shipments (additional
insurance can be requested at a charge). Credit for items damaged using
UPS will be claimed with UPS. Please notify us of any damage and SAVE
everything. We will put in the Claim.
USPS has NO insurance
unless you request it. If you did not request insurance and an item is
damage, we cannot process a claim. NO refunds on International shipments
unless you request Insurance.
Continental USA, Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO and International - Handling Charge is $2.99.
Tax: We do not charge sales tax on orders shipped out of state. If applicable, sales tax will be added to your order during Checkout.
Return Policy: We accept returns for defective merchandise. Please contact us if you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason.
