These terms govern all of our sales, and may not be changed. Your placing an order, whether signed or unsigned, will constitute acceptance of these terms and guarantee of payment on order and under the guidelines set below. Shipping, Order Processing, and Time in Transit All of our products are in stock and ready to ship. We ship most items within 24 - 48 hours, Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 12.00 noon eastern time will generally process the following business day. Orders placed after 12.00 noon eastern time will generally process the second business day. Please allow seven to ten business days for your order to arrive. Pricing Prices are updated weekly, and are subject to change. If there has been a price increase, a typographical or computer input error, we will confirm with you by email, before processing your order. Returns BikerGarage101 is a wholesale to the public business. In order to provide you with the lowest possible prices, All Sales Are Final. We will gladly accept returns on items that are defective. BikerGarage101 must be notified of the defective item within 48 hours of receipt of the item. Disclaimer Biker Garage 101 is not responsible and cannot be held liable for any part that is purchased or obtained in any way from our company. Any part or accessory should be installed by a qualified Mechanic. Motorcycles, ATVs and Dirt Bike riding can be dangerous and riders and owners assume full responsibility. Ride safely and responsibly. All products are intended and sold for aftermarket use only. Our part numbers, part names and corresponding product descriptions are not intended to imply that any of these parts are manufactured by or endorsed by any Motorcycle, ATV, or Dirt Bike manufacturer. Privacy Bikergarage101.com does not share or sell private information to third parties. We restrict access to private information to those employees who need to know to provide products or services to you. If you purchase something from us and / or sign up as a customer, or subscribe to our mailing list, we will send you a notice of new products or sales. If you prefer NOT to receive these emails, all you have to do is click "safeunsubscribe" at the bottom of the email and you will immediately be taken off the list.
