Up for auction a brand new, never worn, "different" trench-coat from Margiela's MM6 line, from SS2 008. It features two front pockets, a double-breasted closure with selt-tie belt attachment, elasticated collar, strap detailing on the sleeves so they can be worn rolled up or down.
It is about knee-length, depending on your height and when the sleeves are rolled up are about three quarter length.
The lack of lapels makes this coat really unique - it looks so nice both buttoned up or left open and also can be worn off-shoulder. As a reference I include some photos of the MM6 lookbook. The fabric is a heavy gabardine made of lyocell, which is very soft and velvety-like to the look and feel. The coat is fully lined in a cotton fabric, so it also can be worn on cooler fall or spring days.
