You are buying a used 8 track tape that looks to be in good shape. Label is torn as shown. It has not been tested. It is being sold as is. I do have a pretty good track record. Have sold over 400 8-tracks and have only heard from 4 buyers that they have had problems. Usually a replaced pad or roller and they were working again.  I put a  few tapes up for auction each week and keep a good selection in my store. I do combine shipping.
