THE FRAME: IS VERY SOLID AND IN A GOOD CONDITION BUT WITH THE PATINA THAT COMES WITH AGE. IT HAS SOME SCRATCHES AND MISSING PAINT IN AS WELL THE GREY PAINT AS THE THE GOLD PAINT. IT MEASURES ABT 2.9" (7.3 CM). READY TO HANG.
