 VINTAGE COLEMAN 228F WORKING GAS TANK

*DATED   3 -1964*

This Gas Tank is in good condition.  It comes from  a working lamp, which was missing its globe and filler cap, so I am parting it out.  I borrowed some parts from my other lamp and fired it up to show it to be in working condition (see picture).  The inside of tank is rust free and none, to speak of, on the outside.  Tank does not have a filler cap but includes working pumpwhich may need oil.  Here are the details.



*  Coleman 228F Gas Tank, good condition, dated 3-64

*  Sunshine Logo  stamped into bottom of tank

*  Includes Pump assembly

*  Includes Good valve and knob

* No rust on inside, little or no rust on outside

*  Paint and Colman logo good, with a few scraps, and chipped paint around where collar rests

*  One small ding in tank (see picture)

*  Flame picture shows parts lamp was working before dis assembly
