Gold Medal Company has designed this special cleaner to remove grease and carbon easily from your kettle using a heat and soak process. Cleaner works in any brand of popcorn machine, even if the machine is not manufactured by Gold Medal Company.

- * 31 ounces is enough cleaner to mix with about 15 gallons of water.
Directions: Wear eye protection and gloves. Add 2oz cleaner per gallon of water to your kettle. Turn on kettle heat until water boils. Then turn off kettle heat but continue to leave cleaner in kettle. After about a half hour, dump cleaner out of kettle and your kettle will be clean. Rinse kettle with water and wipe dry.
Note: Never submerge kettle in water!
