Postage & Packaging covers the costs that are involved ie. Preparation, Processing, Packaging and Postage. All these factors are taken into account when we set my charges. If you are not happy with the costs which are clearly advertised up front then please do not bid/buy the item.

We mainly ship to the address on confirmed with Paypal. If you require a specific address to ship the order to, please make sure that you enter this in the Paypal confirmation before confirming payment. We will not ship to any other address under any circumstances.

Used and unfaulty items returned will carry a charge of 25%+ Postal Charges from the total value.

Used and unfaulty items items will carry a unwanted charge of 25%+ Postal Charges from the total value. The buyer will be responsible for the return postage and packaging charges at their expense. Also for item that have a postage cost charged for shipping the item out, that amount will not be refunded as we have already paid that item for it to be shipped out. For items that have Free Post & Packaging charges, a deduction of 25% will be ducted for post and packaging charged from the amount paid and the balance will be refunded to the original method of payment. EXAMPLE Item Cost £10.00 + free P&P, if item returned, £7.50 will only be refunded. £2.50 will be deducted for postage and packaging.
2. For items which are faulty on receipt, you must notify us within 7 days by e-mail through ebay only. We will then issue you with a Returns Number for reference and that will should be quoted on all future correspondence. Faulty items should be returned to us within 7 days at the buyers expense and upon receipt we will either replace or refund the item subject to confirming that the item is faulty.
3. If a wrong item is received, the item must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt and we will send the correct item and also refund the appropriate postal charges once the item has reached us.
