Postage & Packaging covers the costs that are involved ie. Preparation, Processing, Packaging and Postage. All these factors are taken into account when we set my charges. If you are not happy with the costs which are clearly advertised up front then please do not bid/buy the item.
Postal Charges for different areas of the UK may vary.
Items are shipped to verified paypal address.
Currently most items are dispatched on the same or next day.
NOTE. We are unable to send bulky items to Offshore Islands, Ireland, Highlands of Scotland.

We mainly ship to the address on confirmed with Paypal. If you require a specific address to ship the order to, please make sure that you enter this in the Paypal confirmation before confirming payment. We will not ship to any other address under any circumstances.
Once you place an order, you are binding into a legal contract. So do not buy or bid unless you intend to complete the purchase.
We will pursue all unpaid items for all charges and fees after 10 days of payment not being received.
We do not guarantee a specific date or day for delivery as that is in the hand of the Royal Mail or the delivery company as used.
Special delivery can be arranged for an additional cost and must be paid for at the time of purchase.
There is no special Delivery service or courier service on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays

1. We offer a no quibble 7 day money back guarantee for all goods shipped correctly that are not required. It is important for the customer to be aware if returning and item it should be still in its original packaging/condition and unused. Used and unfaulty items items will carry a unwanted charge of 25%+ Postal Charges from the total value. The buyer will be responsible for the return postage and packaging charges at their expense. Also for item that have a postage cost charged for shipping the item out, that amount will not be refunded as we have already paid that item for it to be shipped out. For items that have Free Post & Packaging charges, a deduction of 25% will be ducted for post and packaging charged from the amount paid and the balance will be refunded to the original method of payment. EXAMPLE Item Cost £10.00 + free P&P, if item returned, £7.50 will only be refunded. £2.50 will be deducted for postage and packaging.
2. For items which are faulty on receipt, you must notify us within 7 days by e-mail through ebay only. We will then issue you with a Returns Number for reference and that will should be quoted on all future correspondence. Faulty items should be returned to us within 7 days at the buyers expense and upon receipt we will either replace or refund the item subject to confirming that the item is faulty.
3. If a wrong item is received, the item must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt and we will send the correct item and also refund the appropriate postal charges once the item has reached us.
