to the top of the flag, 5 3/4" to the top of the bar. Original flag
and intact with frame in good shape.  Colors are slightly faded
but the celluloid figure is bright white and is in very good shape
with no tears, separations or dents.  When wound Donald does his
flips and somersault with no problems,  it winds fine and works
