You are bidding on this cool little tin convertible.  
It is a Modern Toys Japan item marked on the rear side back fender.
Measures 5 ½ inches long and is 2 ¾ inches wide.  It is has a great color
combination often used in the 1940's with a black and red checkered seat cover. 
There is a cute puppy on the trunk and New Drive Car is printed along the sides. 
Some minor scratches from normal play as you can see from the photo's.
It is a super cool car!!!  These older Japan toys were little works of art .
It would make an awesome addition to any collection.
