Sew on Button Foot for Janome & Janome made elna & Kenmore Sewing Machines #802406000 This foot is made for 7mm stitch width sewing machines. This foot will only work on Janome machines that have the Janome shank with the red button.(button may be black) in the back. This foot will also fit Top loading Kenmore and Elna machines produced since 1994 that came with this Janome shank. Below is a picture of the shank it will work on. This Sew on Button foot looks like it has two places (bars) to attach the shank to the foot, but the back one goes in the grooved out place on the back of the Janome shank first and the front is then attached to the foot, this makes the foot so it does not hinge. If your machine does not have this shank, you can still use it on your machine by buying a Janome shank.
